INDEPENDENT AAA · SHARJAH, UAE
The night remembers
every story.
Jinn Studios builds console-grade narrative games rooted in Middle Eastern and South Asian worlds, using AI-accelerated Unreal Engine 5 pipelines that deliver AAA fidelity at a fraction of traditional studio cost.
This room contains the documents behind every claim we make. Corporate filings are independently verifiable through the Sharjah Media City portal. Where a figure appears in more than one place, it is the same figure.
The numbers, without decoration.
Recovers the full production budget from base game sales alone, before any DLC. That is 0.07% of PlayStation's monthly active users.
Founder-funded since December 2025. No payroll, no debt, no third-party liabilities at entity level.
No notes, no SAFEs, no options, no warrants outstanding. This round is the first priced instrument in the company's history.
A 24-month AAA narrative bet and a 6–9 month RTS reaching market first. One de-risks the other.
Two tracks, deliberately staggered.
The Jinn is the long bet: a console-grade narrative title on Unreal Engine 5. Warfront Generals is the short one: a real-time strategy game on the Stride engine, reaching market in months rather than years. It produces revenue, community signal, and a trailer asset that unlocks grant funding while the larger title is still in production.
The Jinn
Narrative action-adventure. A boy of Solomon's bloodline shares his soul with a royal jinn of smokeless fire. Every victory leaves a mark that cannot be undone.
- 01Complete the commercial vertical slice
Two specialist engineering hires. Funded by this round.
- 02Produce in-game engine capture
The specific artifact PlayStation Partners asked for.
- 03Reapply against ticket CS0151728
The measurable success condition for this round.

Launch capital comes from a publisher or Series A, not this round.
Warfront Generals
Modern-warfare real-time strategy. Built on the Stride engine in C#, with a deterministic simulation core designed for competitive integrity from the first commit.
The first public asset. Everything downstream depends on it.
Wishlists become the first real demand signal the studio has ever had.
Design decisions follow player response rather than preceding it. The trailer buys the right to be wrong early and cheaply.
Most non-dilutive programmes require moving footage. One asset serves the storefront and the funding pipeline.
First revenue for the studio, well ahead of Title 1.
The Rajputs
Historical action-adventure. Concept refinement, character pipeline built. Not funded from this round and not required for it to succeed.
Titles reuse 60 to 70 percent of shared systems and assets. Each release compresses the cost of the next.
Everything, filed and sourced.
Documents marked verifiable carry a Sharjah Media City verification URL and can be checked independently, without taking our word for anything.
Deliberately not in this room
One model. Three scenarios.
Title 1 only. Priced at $9.99 base, $6.99 DLC, $3.99 soundtrack, net of a 30% platform fee. Platform audiences are treated as overlapping, not additive — premium buyers own more than one machine.
| YEAR 1 | YEAR 2 | YEAR 3 | 3-YEAR |
|---|
Full Year 1 production cost recovered from base game sales alone, before DLC or soundtrack revenue.
Margins are high because this covers Title 1 only. Development of later titles is not charged here. Treat later-year EBITDA as reinvestment capacity, not distributable profit.
Sony has named the bar.
Jinn Studios submitted developer documentation to PlayStation Partners in December 2025. Sony reviewed it and set a single condition for reapplication: in-game engine capture from the title in development. The ticket reference is retained and may be cited on reapplication.
This is the clearest external signal the studio has about what the next milestone must be. Producing that capture is the primary deliverable of this round, and reapplication against the retained ticket is how success is measured.
No PlayStation development agreement, publishing agreement, or platform commitment is in place. None is claimed.
- PlayStation reapplication
The exact deliverable Sony specified.
- Evidence for the production claim
Dated capture backing vertical slice progress.
- Grant applications
Non-dilutive programmes require moving footage.
Stated, not discovered.
Every early-stage company has these. Listing them is cheaper for everyone than finding them in week three.
Intellectual property assignments
Written IP assignment agreements with individual contributors are being formalised. All work has been produced for the company and the company is the intended sole owner of all game IP. Completing ahead of any platform publishing agreement or investment close.
Corporate share structure
The Memorandum provides for a single share class in whole numbers. A share split, and a Memorandum amendment if a preferred class is required, must precede any conversion. Both are standard Shams filings by shareholder resolution.
Corporate financial records
Operating costs have been met from founder personal resources. Founder contributions are being formalised as documented shareholder contributions ahead of the first financial year end, 31 December 2026.
Trade licence renewal
The licence expires 18 December 2026 and renews ahead of expiry. The occupancy agreement renews automatically alongside it.
Questions are welcome.
So is scrutiny.
